Reminders

Library: Children will be able to take 2 books each week from our school library. They may like to keep one at school in their tray for reading at school and one for home.
HomeLearning: Achieving the Strength and Gentleness challenge means forming good work habits from the beginning of the year. By focusing on just 2 challenges each term we will easily achieve the Year 3 goal of 8 challenges.
Reading - It is important that children are read to as well as listened to. Allow extra time for silent reading for enjoyment.
Numeracy: Regularly practise basic facts skills - have fun playing games involving counting/adding etc.
